Many homeowners are finding that with today’s technology and websites such as HomeQT, they prefer that a Realtor not place their home on the MLS.
HomeQT allows sellers to access HomeQT for free. The seller or their Realtor then describes the property and the description is curated and matched with buyer requests.
Rather than looking through websites such as realtor.com and Zillow.com trying to find a house that meets their needs and hoping it is not already sold or in escrow, the buyer simply describes the home they want to their agent using “Natural Language” and HomeQT then matches their request with home sellers in the area that matches the buyer’s description.
