Many homeowners are finding that with today’s technology and websites such as HomeQT, they prefer that a Realtor not place their home on the MLS.
HomeQT allows a seller to sign up for free, and describe their property. Then seller descriptions are curated and matched with buyer requests.
Rather than looking through websites such as realtor.com and Zillow.com trying to find a house that meets their needs and hoping it is not already sold or in escrow, the buyer simply describes their home using “Natural Language” and HomeQT then matches their request with home sellers in the area that matches the buyer’s description.
