If it is newer, or has been completely remodeled, that’s even better. A nice modern kitchen with granite or quartz counters is a huge plus for me. A gated complex would be nice.
Fixer upper in Ocean Beach area of San Diego, CA 92107. Needs to be under $500,000. Condition doesn’t matter, I can deal with funky, old, bad condition, terrible paint, whatever – I can fix it. Just need to find the right place. Size is not too important.
Fully remodeled 4+ bed home in Laurelglen area of Bakersfield, CA 93309. Must be single story and over 1,800 sq ft. Can pay up to $340,000 but prefer something less expensive. A tile roof is an added plus. Needs a nice pool in the backyard. Needs to have off street parking for an RV and 20’ ski boat. Want it move in ready. Prefer it to be in the Tevis Junior High area.
Grayhawk area of Scottsdale, AZ 85255 is where we want to buy. A home close to the Grayhawk Neighborhood Park is preferable. Need at least 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Looking for over 3,500 sq ft. Want a pool, spa, covered patio, and a nice grass play area for elementary school age kids. Prefer Spanish style roof tile, but not a huge requirement. Must be in Grayhawk Elemetary area, and prefer Mountain Trail Middle school. Price wise, we expect to pay somewhere in the $500,000 to $700,000 range.
